  1. Site Assessment & Installation

    • Identify the STP outlet connection point for UF integration.

    • Install the UF system with appropriate inlet and outlet piping.

  2. Pre-Filtration Check

    • Ensure the inlet water is pre-treated to remove large solids (via sand filter or clarifier).

  3. System Start-Up

    • Activate the control panel and check all sensors and valves.

    • Set operational parameters (flow rate, pressure, cleaning schedule).

  4. Operational Phase

    • The UF membranes filter water, removing fine particles, bacteria, and viruses.

    • The control system automatically adjusts operations for efficiency.

  5. Backwash & Cleaning

    • Chemical cleaning (CIP) scheduled as per water quality and usage load.
