Waghmart ETP Pumps are specially designed to handle the challenging conditions of industrial and municipal Effluent Treatment Plants (ETPs). These pumps provide reliable and continuous fluid transfer, ensuring smooth operation of your treatment process — whether it's raw effluent intake, sludge transfer, chemical dosing, or clean water discharge. Manufactured with corrosion-resistant materials and energy-efficient motors, Waghmart pumps are built to operate in aggressive environments where conventional pumps often fail.
Waghmart offers a wide range of ETP pumps, including:
Centrifugal Pumps
Submersible Sewage Pumps
Sludge Pumps
Dosing Pumps
Non-Clog Self-Priming Pumps
Each model is customizable by flow rate, head, material (CI, SS, PP, HDPE), and seal type, to suit specific wastewater handling needs in textile, pharma, food processing, dairy, chemical, and other industries.

Select Suitable Pump Type
– Choose based on fluid type (effluent, sludge, chemical, etc.) and flow/head requirement.
Install on Stable Foundation
– Mount the pump (horizontal/vertical) with proper alignment and anchoring.
Connect Inlet & Outlet Lines
– Use compatible piping, ensure proper suction lift and delivery head.
Ensure Power Supply
– Connect to appropriate panel with MCB and thermal overload protection.
Prime the Pump (if needed)
– Fill casing or suction line for centrifugal/self-priming pumps.
Start Operation
– Monitor for vibration, leaks, noise, and current draw during start-up.
Routine Inspection
– Check for wear, seal leakage, or clogging periodically (every 15–30 days).
