Site Preparation
– Excavate and level ground as per tank dimensions and load-bearing requirements.
Tank Installation
– Place or cast the RCC tank in situ; ensure correct compartmental separation.
Waterproofing & Curing
– Apply internal waterproof lining and allow proper curing before use.
Fit Treatment Equipment
– Install diffusers, aeration pipes, pumps, and access hatches.
Connect Inlet/Outlet Piping
– Ensure watertight joints to prevent seepage or inflow contamination.
Commission the STP System
– Fill and start the plant as per process flow; monitor performance and access points.
